TLB Holdings, Inc. is woman owned apparel company founded in 2003 by Tammy Boyd. Ms. Boyd has been in the retail industry over 30 years with extensive experience with all types of retailers, including department stores, big box and specialty.
Ms. Boyd’s vision of leveraging her extensive overseas vendor matrix to support sourcing orders from basic styling to complex embroidery details allowed TLB Holdings, Inc. to be a successful small business for two decades. Over the years, the company has built a team of professionals from the apparel industry focused on delivering value to the customer that is second to none.
The company launched it’s own brand Leo & Nicole™ in 2005, with distribution to better department stores. Ms. Boyd created Leo & Nicole™ feeling there was not enough affordable high quality clothing choices a woman could buy to compliment the many different aspects of her life. The design team puts their personal passion for quality and detail in every garment.
In 2014, Ms. Boyd recognized the opportunity to fill a void in the contemporary market and launched the M.I.N.N.E. ™ brand introducing customers to trend-right garments with great quality.
Locations
TLB Holdings Inc. corporate headquarters is located in Corcoran, MN. The company also has a showroom in New York City, as well as a sales and production office in Los Angeles. Warehousing facilities are maintained in City of Industry, CA.

Manufacturing
TLB Holdings, Inc. utilizes a socially compliant variety of factories to produce our fine clothing.
Our long-standing partnerships with the largest clothing factories in Asia ensure we are able to provide the high quality garments one would expect of small batch production, but at any volume.
TLB Holdings, Inc. employs the use of Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (W.R.A.P.) certified facilities affording our customers the knowledge the product we supply is not only well made, it is made humanely.
Whether it is made in Asia or the U.S.A., we take great pride in knowing our factories are ethical and on the forefront of human rights.
