Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product that you purchased from us at www.tlbholdings.com, you are eligible to be refunded the price paid for the product, if the product is returned within 14 calendar days of your purchase. Returns must be in the condition received, unworn and undamaged. No refunds are available for shipping costs. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible, and no refund will be reimbursed. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

Eligible refunds will be applied to the original purchase payment method. Please note refunds on credit card payments may take five to ten business days to show up on your statement. 

To initiate a return, we ask you reach out to our customer service team to obtain an authorization number. Returns received without an approved authorization number will not be eligible for refund. Our customer service team will provide additional details on how and where to ship your return.
