At TLB Holdings, Inc., we understand the importance of sustainability throughout our production and distribution processes. We are actively committed to reducing our environmental footprint and improving the operation of ourselves and our suppliers.

What is ESG?

ESG is a set of aspects including environmental issues, social issues and corporate governance which measure an organizations social and environmental impact.

Our Environment

Advocating for sustainability starts from within. We take a holistic approach to our internal processes to ensure we are making a positive contribution.

100% Solar-Powered corporate offices-over 50 solar panels on our building allow us to harness the renewable energy of the sun.
Clothing donation-every item we sell has gone through rigorous inspection, sometimes that means we have multiple samples of each item. After the garments have completed their use, we donate them to local charities to ensure they can serve community and not a landfill.
Recycling-in addition to the standard recycling of plastics, paper and cardboard, we recycle our fabric swatches as well. We love seeing the creative usage.
Green Space-our offices sit on over an acre of land, more than half of which is natural green space dedicated to pollinators, birds and other wildlife.

Our Governance

Ethical, compliant business policies are the cornerstone of our governance practices.

Ethics-Employees are prohibited from any activities which may be considered dishonest, harassment, inappropriate, bribery, corrupt, illegal or a conflict of interest.
Safe Harbor-Accurate pay in accordance with state and federal laws is mandatory.
Finance-All financial practices are reviewed by a third-party auditing firm to confirm compliance with all local, state and federal tax and accounting principles and regulations.
Compliance-Every garment we produce is labeled in accordance with Federal Trade Commission guidelines. In addition, any items produced outside of the U.S.A. are imported under the regulations of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
